Full Name of Student
Grade of Student
Date of Absence
Detailed Reason for Absence
Please email or call the attendance line before 8:30 am.
Extended Absences
If your child is goint to be away for a longer period of time, please email the school office at bes.info@crps.ca and your child's homeroom teacher.
